At AutoClicks, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy in full.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet entered processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window will be issued as store credit or refunded at our sole discretion.

If you experience an issue with a product, contact us and we will review the situation, though refunds or returns will not be issued.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We may offer a replacement at no cost, subject to review and approval.

We do not provide refunds for damaged items. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling is not eligible for replacement.


Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, AutoClicks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
